"I have a young part-bred Arab who is very highly strung. As he lives a very natural life with our herd he gets very worried about being in confined spaces. He is a very trusting horse and he loaded fine in our trailer the first time until I shut the ramp and then went to pieces. After that he wouldn’t go near it at all.
Joni quickly gained his confidence and got him to relax with her. It is wonderful to see how she works as she is a natural with horses and gains their trust immediately.
She also has a gift with owners too! It is easy to get frustrated when your horse won’t do what you want and you can’t see how to get things to happen.
Joni carefully explains what to do in a way that makes sense and isn’t patronising (which some people can be!) and gives exercises to work on with your horse in between sessions.
All in all, I am so pleased that this remarkable young lady is working with my horse and I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for Finn and I". - Julie McKeown, Powys (August 2008)
"Tiger is an 11 year old TB who became increasingly difficult to load. Joni was extremely patient with Tiger and worked him through the problems he had with the ramp of my lorry. Once he had overcome his fear, loading became very easy. Tiger now loads first time, every time". - Jackie Leonard, Buckingham (Jan 2007)

"Dizzy is an 8 year old ID/TB Mare who lives up to her name………
I had problems getting her to load onto a trailer and after Joni worked with her over a period of about 8 weeks last summer she is now loading happily. Joni also showed me ways to calm her, which I found enormously helpful". - Pam Evans, Bedfordshire (June 2007)

"…. My Arab mare Meg did not have much respect for me and was very unpleasant to handle. After help from Joni Meg has got much more patience, respects my space and listens to me……" - Jenny Baker, Buckingham (Jan 2008)
